Our menu does not use industrial liqueurs such as Giffard or Bols, but instead focuses on creating high-quality homemade liqueurs. In addition, we incorporate premium liqueurs like Cherry Heering and Disaronno, which require careful aging. Advanced molecular gastronomy techniques are applied to offer a fresh and innovative experience, while maintaining a deep respect for classic cocktails, always using high-quality base spirits and liqueurs as the foundation for each drink.
